  • Periodontal and Gum Disease - Tuesday 17th May 8pm

    Menopause can affect bone density which is important for our teeth and gums. While the risks of periodontal conditions are low, watch and learn how you can optimise your dental regime and protect your teeth.

  • Cracking the menopause: Mariella Frostrup & Alice Smellie - Tuesday 7th June 8pm

    Mariella Frostrup and Alice Smellie, co-authors of the incredible 'Cracking The Menopause' book, will be joining us here at "Lets all Talk Menopause" for an enlightening and light-hearted conversation about their menopause journeys, why they wrote the book and what they have learned along the way.

  • Headaches & Migraine - Tuesday 14th June 8pm

    Headaches and migraines can intensify during the menopausal years as hormones fluctuate. Join our talk and find out more about triggers, symptoms and treatment of menopause headaches.

  • Vaginal Issues - Tuesday 21st June 8pm

    Let's put our embarrassment to one side as we talk about vaginal and vulval discomfort during the menopause. We'll talk about the changes taking place, the symptoms and what treatments are available.

  • Monthly Menopause HRT Q&A - Tuesday 5th July 8pm

    You ask - we answer. We are dedicating 60 minutes with menopause expert, Dr Shahzadi Harper so that you can ask questions and get answers on menopause symptoms and HRT.
